A consultation with me will provide you with a deeper understanding of the foods best suited to you, while ensuring you adopt healthy eating and lifestyle habits that can be maintained in the long term.  

I can help you:

  • prevent and manage chronic conditions

  • manage food intolerances and allergies

It is very rare I will ask you to count calories, count macros or weigh yourself regularly to track your progress. Our relationship with food should be a positive one.

How it works

1. Fill out the contact form with your details and preferred date and time for your virtual consultation.

2. After confirmation, I will send you an initial intake form to be completed and sent back to me prior to your appointment.

3. During your consultation, expect lots of conversation as we take a deep dive into your general health and wellbeing.

4. Together, we will decide on appropriate changes and monitor these over a number of weeks and months.
